Singer Ashlee Simpson is putting rumors of her and ex-husband Pete Wentz getting back together to rest as she was seen out, about, and kissing her new boyfriend, Boardwalk Empire star Vincent Piazza.

According to PEOPLE magazine, the pair were spotted out on a stroll in New York City over the weekend.

While Ashlee plays, Pete continues to remain low key after their divorce.
